Article Critique: Suggested Guidelines

The summary and critique should have three parts:

1. A concise statement of the thesis of the article.

2. A summary of the contents of the article. Track the logical flow of the article (assuming there is one).

3. A critique of the validity of the thesis. Include a dicussion of the evidence used by the author. Express your own judgment on the strengths and weaknesses of the article's argument and conclusion.
